Fifty Five is a spacious, character-filled beach house on Sunrise Beach in Soldiers Point, designed for easy beach days, slow meals and time together by the water.

Perched on a gently elevated block facing north-east towards the Heads, the house wakes with the sunrise and looks out across the bay from many of its living spaces. Inside, you will find four bedrooms, three bathrooms, generous shared areas, a full kitchen, outdoor dining, beach gear, kayaks, SUPs and all the little details that make a stay feel relaxed and personal.

Collected slowly over many years, each room has its own personality – not overly planned, just evolved through travel, family life, old favourites and pieces gathered along the way.
