The Bedrooms

full of character

The house has four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, with three king beds and one queen room.

Two of the king rooms can convert to singles when needed, making the house flexible for families, couples, friends and multi-generational stays.

Each room has a little theme, not because it was planned that way, but because it slowly came together over years of travelling, collecting and living in the house.

Our Rooms

  • Modern dining room with glass-top table, six beige chairs, wooden sideboards, wall art, and large glass doors leading outside.

    The Master Bedroom

Set upstairs, the Master Bedroom has an ensuite, a little nursery room for babies and morning sunrise views across the bay.

There is also a small sitting area, making this room a peaceful place to retreat from the activity downstairs. Furnished with pretty antique finds and generous space, it feels calm, private and full of light.

  • Bright, modern bathroom with white walls, dark wood flooring, a window with white framing, a black chair near a vase with dried pink flowers, a full-length mirror, a black-framed round mirror, a floating wooden vanity with pinkish-brown cabinetry, a marble countertop, decorative candles, pottery, and greenery, and a walk-in shower with marble tiles and brass fixtures.

    The Nautical Room

The Nautical Room is a darker, moodier space on the ground floor, with a king bed that can convert to king singles.

It is filled with salty sailor-style curios, along with a few pieces from old locals along the beach. A cosy room to hide away with a good book, especially on winter days.

  • A modern backyard with a swimming pool, lounge chairs, a grassy lawn, and a two-story house with a deck and outdoor furniture surrounded by trees and landscaping.

    The Tropical Room

Also on the ground floor, the Tropical Room has a king bed that can convert to king singles.

Bright, sunny and relaxed, it is filled with palm trees, cane furniture, beachy details and souvenirs from island holidays past. A nearby bathroom services both the Nautical Room and Tropical Room.

  • The Swan Room

The Swan Room is the queen room – a feminine, romantic space filled with Rosie’s favourite artworks, pretty pieces and all things swans.

It is a quiet little escape and uses the main bathroom, which includes a lovely big bathtub.
