The kitchen is where it all happens.

Facing the waterfront, it looks out across the bay while you prepare meals for the people you love. It is generous, practical and set up for proper cooking, whether you are making breakfast after a swim, prepping seafood for dinner or mixing drinks with herbs from the garden.

The kitchen includes a large Ilve gas stove, run from LPG bottles, an electric oven, a large French-door fridge and freezer with water and ice maker, microwave, espresso machine, dishwasher and all the pots, pans and utensils you should need during your stay.

There is also a well-stocked gourmet pantry, along with a kitchen garden that is often brimming with herbs and seasonal leaves for salads, cooking and cocktails.

Port Stephens also has plenty of local growers and producers nearby, including fresh seafood, farm eggs and a nearby oyster farm that is well worth a visit.
